System and Journey Gigamap

From the three personas, the next step was to look at how the journey of using PerZeption’s Find exam unfolds over time. At the same time we wanted to create a system diagram to understand the overall flow of events in using Find. The final system map showcases the journey in four stages, with the only major variance being the telehealth v. in-office access method.

Combining these two important artifacts with the gigamap created an important juxtaposition of the key steps in the system and the users’ wants, opportunities, & pain points. This final map was instrumental to our work moving foward, orienting us as we built out our prototype.
