User Flows and Site Maps
Returning to the features list, we created user journeys for each persona. For the administrator, I identified 5 key features- creating courses, moderating users, moderating currently running courses, messaging users, and creating teacher training.
After user flows, we moved on to site maps, finalizing the pages we needed and how they were organized.![]()
